PRIVACY
Information pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n° 196
With the entry into force of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n° 196, containing provisions for the protection of persons and other subjects with respect to the processing of personal data, IGLINA ASCENSORI, with registered office in Albissola M. (SV), Via delle Industrie, 228, as the “owner” of the processing, is required to provide certain information regarding the use of personal data.
This decree regulates the processing of personal data, that is, any operation or set of operations, carried out even without the aid of electronic instruments, concerning the collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation and destruction of data, even if not recorded in a database.
Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n° 196 provides that the “interested party” or “the person from whom the personal data are collected” must be previously informed orally or in writing of the following.
Source of personal data
The personal data in possession of IGLINA ASCENSORI are collected directly from the interested party. All data collected will obviously be treated confidentially and in compliance with current legislation. IGLINA ASCENSORI undertakes to process personal data lawfully and correctly; to collect and record them for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and to use them in other processing operations in terms that are not incompatible with such purposes. It also undertakes to verify that they are accurate, up-to-date, pertinent, complete and not excessive with respect to the purposes for which they are collected or subsequently processed and to store them in a form that allows the identification of the interested party for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed. We would like to point out that IGLINA ASCENSORI does not require the indication of data defined by Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n° 196 as “sensitive”. Art. 4, paragraph 1 letter d) of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n° 196 defines “sensitive” data as personal data capable of revealing racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as personal data capable of revealing the state of health and sexual life. Such data may be processed only with the written consent of the interested party and with the prior authorization of the Guarantor, in compliance with the conditions and limits established by Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n° 196, as well as by law and regulations. Purpose of the processing for which the data are intended:
1. The personal data of the interested party will be processed within the normal activity of IGLINA ASCENSORI and the processing will be aimed at the execution of legal obligations and/or arising from the contract to which the interested party is a party.
2. The processing of the personal data of the interested party will also be aimed at the execution of promotional and marketing operations by our company.
The provision of personal data necessary for these purposes is optional, but the refusal to provide data for the purposes of the processing referred to in points 1) and 2) will make it impossible for IGLINA ASCENSORI to provide you with the requested service. It is specified that, in carrying out its business, IGLINA ASCENSORI will carry out statistical marketing research. IGLINA ASCENSORI may also send, with random automated procedures, Pop Ups (automatically opening and resealable windows) containing requests for responses to surveys of various kinds (current events, consumer habits, etc.) to which the user has the option to respond or not. Such data, always anonymous, will be used only and exclusively for statistical purposes and in an aggregate manner.
Methods of data processing
In relation to the purposes indicated, the processing of personal data occurs using manual, computerized and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in a way that guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data. In any case, the protection of personal data is ensured by IGLINA ASCENSORI.
Categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated
In order to carry out its business, IGLINA ASCENSORI will communicate the personal data of the interested parties only and exclusively to the recipients of the communication strictly connected to the purposes referred to in point 1) and to the subjects to whom the communication is mandatory by law. The subjects belonging to the categories to which the data may be communicated will use the data as “owners” pursuant to the law, in full autonomy, being external to the original processing carried out at IGLINA ASCENSORI.
Rights under Article 7
We also inform you that Article 7 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 No. 196 grants citizens the exercise of specific rights.
The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him or her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.

c) the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;

The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, the integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.
The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
